Step By Step Stress-relief Aerobics~

Thanks to dearie Jitt Schatzie. SO! If you are constantly in the office facing your computer, nothing green to look at at all and just a plain white wall …or the same shitty face in front of you frowning most of time, then you might want to try this simple step by step exercise to ease your stress. Happy exercising!

Step ONE

I know it looks like Tai Chi {for those who don’t know what that is ;- it is a form of chinese martial art normally practiced both for self defense and health benefits} but this is only to warm up.

Step TWO

Imitate this step to loosen your joints especially your neck and shoulders.


Step THREE

Say “Waaa…Waaa…aaa!”

Step FOUR

Now, shake shake to your right. Then, shake shake to your left.

Step FIVE

I know i know. It looks the same. IT’S NOT! Now, shake shake to your left. Then, shake shake to your right. BECAREFUL! Not to over do. I don’t want you to go home with a twisted neck!!

Step SIX

Take anything that you can find in front of you and smash it to your head or forehead {whichever you want really}. Why? This will definitely get rid of your sleepiness.

Step SEVEN

After the hard head-banging show, now move you hands and body like this. As if you’re euphoric!

Step EIGHT

Once again, jiggle your feet and body a bit like this. Jiggie jiggie to the left…aaAa Aaah!

Step NINE

Change the style. We move the aggressive way. IGNORE what others may say or how they look at you!

Step TEN

Release all your stress!!

Step ELEVEN

Do it like this. Whirl you head round & round.

Step TWELVE

Get a mirror. Stand in front of it and shake your booty. Nice isn’t it?

Step THIRTEEN -LAST 1!

Last but ain’t least…do the kitty dance.
